Volumes 1 & 2 offer nearly 5 hours of training and complete what we think is appropriate for a "Introduction".
Is buying online from you safe?
Yes! We use industry standard 128 SSL encryption to insure your personal information is protected. Yahoo is our merchant provider, one of the most trusted names on the net.
Will you continue to bill my credit card monthly?
No. We bill your card only at the time we ship your order. There is no monthly billing.
Can I order another way?
Yes! We accept checks (US, Canada only) or money orders. You can use our printable order form.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently only to Canada.

I have a laptop, do you have a separate video for laptops?
The operating system (software that you work with on your computer) on a laptop is the same as on a desktop. Therefore, our lessons address both laptop or a desktop computer users.
Do you take purchase orders?
Yes for orders of 10 units or more. Simply send us your PO with the total quantity and shipping cost of $9.95. (WA state? Please include sales tax of .088)

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is offered during the holidays for $2.95. Simply select the gift wrap options during checkout.
What languages do your videos come in?

Do you cover Apple computers?
No we currently focus on the Microsoft operating systems.
My Anti-Virus Pops up a warning when I put in your CD?
Yes, we've heard that Norton Anti-virus show a warning message directly after inserting our CD.
When you insert our CD, Microsoft XP autorun tries to open our start page from the CD. Norton is
showing you a warning abou this. To view our start page, you need to tell Norton to allow our page to open.
Just to let you know, we're not copying anything to your computer. All files (including the start page) are running from the CD.
